The Restore Ingredients
Magnesium Chloride
Magnesium flakes are a naturally-occurring, a highly concentrated form of magnesium chloride, originating from deep below the underground sea bed. This therapeutic essential nutrient is responsible for regulating over 300 of the body’s enzyme systems, with the ability to regulate muscle and nerve function, blood glucose levels, blood pressure, blood sugar, brain function and mood.
Magnesium is also known to help with inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis and dermatitis.
Soaking in Magnesium has the ability to regulate muscle and nerve function, reduce cramping and aid in muscle recovery; it can help with detoxification as well as helping the body deal with stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Magnesium deficiency can be linked to diseases such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, clogged arteries, heart disease, diabetes and stroke.

When soaking in magnesium chloride, you are providing the body’s largest organ, the skin, an excellent avenue for optimal absorption and utilization.

Magnesium Chloride Vs Epsom Salt?
While both compounds are forms of magnesium, a key difference between Magnesium Chloride (flakes) and Magnesium Sulphate (salts) is the rate of absorption within the body. Magnesium Chloride efficiently elevates cellular magnesium levels when used via transdermal application. The body will utilize magnesium chloride and also help neutralize toxins. Epsom salt does not neutralize toxins, nor is the rate of absorption or utilization relevant. Magnesium chlorides high solubility is crucial in allowing compounds to break their bonds and travel into the pores, through the dermal layers, and into the bloodstream. Ultimately, Magnesium Chloride can be more easily absorbed and utilized by the body, when compared to using Epsom Salts.
Terpene Rich Cannabinoids
Cannabinoids essentially should just mean healing as that’s what they do! Absolutely transformational for skin conditions, including acne vulgaris, allergic contact dermatitis, asteatotic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, Kaposi sarcoma, pruritus, psoriasis. Cannabinoids possess anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anti-itch qualities. Since cannabinoid receptors (CB1 & CB2) are found throughout the body, including on the skin, and since cannabinoids are lipophilic and absorbed, there is a theoretical mechanism for effect. Interest lies predominantly in proposed immunosuppressive, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory actions of topical cannabinoids.

This relief is partly due to the powerful anti-itch effect of cannabinoids, which interact with receptors in the skin - minimising the common attributes of eczema, most notably itch caused by dry skin, histamine release, and sensory nerve fibres.
